Customer Account Inquiry HANA Report for SAP Business One – SQL Version
With the customer account inquiry HANA report you can provide your customers with a consolidated view of their invoices over a given date range and show them the paid status of the invoices. The report contains payment date and reference information, so, if you keep your check number in your incoming payments you will be able to see the reference on the report. This is where companies typically put the check number of checks received or the wire number of incoming electronic payments.
The selection screen lets you select the customer, date range, and (optionally) a payment reference.

The customer account balance report in SAP B1, accessible from the BP Master, is not in an ideal format for a customer and does not have a good report associated with it. This report is different from the customer aging in that it shows all invoice transactions, not just open ones, and has the latest payment date and reference. While the aging in B1 lets you include reconciled transactions, it does not let you select a date range.
Whenever there are multiple payments against an invoice, you will see all payments applied on a date. This lets you see when the first payment was made as well as when the final application was done. This includes both payments and credits against the account. This report is created in Crystal Reports so you can add it to any report menu in SAP B1 and you can easily export the report to Excel.
